Slack Integration
Connect Slack to receive notifications and respond to Q&A questions directly in your messaging workspace.

Integration settings are only visible to users with the Admin role. Regular users cannot access or modify integration configuration.
Connecting Slack
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Slack
- Click Connect Slack
- A popup window opens to Slack's OAuth authorization screen
- Select the workspace to connect
- Grant the requested permissions
- The popup closes and the connection status updates
Once connected, the integration card shows your Slack workspace name and connection status.
What Slack Enables
With Slack connected:
- Q&A notifications - when the AI agent has clarifying questions during story analysis, they're delivered as Slack direct messages; you can respond directly in Slack
- Status updates - receive notifications about story progress, PR creation, and other key events
Testing the Connection
Click Test Connection to send a test message to your configured Slack channel and verify the integration is working.
Disconnecting
Click Disconnect to revoke the Slack app authorization and stop all Slack notifications.
